Mentors In Training (MIT) 2024

We have revamped our Mentors-in-Training (MIT) program to include both a traditional camper experience and begin to integrate them into leadership and mentorship roles with younger campers.

MITs are campers who demonstrate leadership and responsibility. They are leaders and serve as a support network for our mentors and younger campers. They are assigned to small groups of Kneehigh Naturalist or Junior Naturalist campers each week with a mentor to help guide them. ‍
