Lime Hollow offers a range of at-the-Center and traveling pubic programs. Constantly refreshed with new programs in response to public interest, our popular annual programs include:

Creatures of the Night – just before Halloween, this event features bats, owls, and a night-time hike!

Fishing Festival – a springtime favorite, children and parents learn about trout streams, aquatic insects, the water cycle, and how to catch "the big ones!"

Snake Night – tell the facts from the fiction, and get a close look at the real thing.

Birds of Prey – an ever popular event for serious birders and general outdoors enthusiasts alike.

Lime Hollow - Cortland Bird Club – members range from novice birders to skilled naturalists of different age groups. Bird Club trips are held at least a few times a year with classes on birds and natural history often taught in spring. Read more...
