Art Workshop at the Hollow

ImageEvery Summer, Lime Hollow offers a one week art workshop. Your child will have the opportunity to get outside and get inspired to use their creativity to develop several art projects. This Art Workshop is led by Tony Ferro, a local artist who has led previous art workshops at Lime Hollow. Tony will help guide participants to work together and by the end of the week, the group will create a large structure located on our Tamarack Art Trail for all to see. Children from past years can walk our trails with their families and say, "Look I helped create that!" Let your child have that opportunity this year by registering them in our Art Workshop Camp.

Space is limited so sign up today!

Wish List

ImageNew this year, campers are collecting critters they find throughout the week. During the week, the campers will observe their behavior and learn fun fascinating facts. On Friday, everything will be released back into their natural habitat. The campers are off to a great start for the first week. They have collected a baby milk snake, a baby snapping turtle, a painted turtle, click beetles, and so much more!

To allow campers to find more, we are looking for glass aquarium tanks. The tank needs to be at least a 10 gallons. 10-20 gallon tanks would be the ideal size.

Please help us continue this activity for our campers. It allows them an opportunity to observe the behavior of animals they wouldn't normally get to see.

Please call (607) 662-4632 or drop it off at our Visitor Center on McLean Road.

Sincerely,

Your friends at Lime Hollow... It's where you belong!
